A magazine for the move
Ten town guides, a map you can walk with your finger, and a moving plan that only shares your details when you tick the box.

Property sites list houses. Tourism sites list beaches. This is the bit in between: what a Tuesday is like.
The guides are opinion, and they say so. The figures under them are not. House prices are the 2025 mean from HM Land Registry, limited to Cornwall. Broadband is the Ofcom figure for the whole county, labelled as such, because Ofcom does not score a town. School ratings stay on the Ofsted report for each school.

02 — Guides

The Island
Extraordinary light, a small town pressed against the sand, and a summer that belongs to visitors.

North coast
The surf town with an airport. Louder than the postcards, and more of a year-round place than its reputation.

Camel estuary
A small harbour on a beautiful estuary, with a food reputation that outgrew the town.

The estuary
A steep town on a deep estuary. Ferries instead of a bridge, and lanes that refuse a careless car.

Clay country
The practical town inland from the south coast, with the clay country behind it and the beaches a drive away.

North of the county
Atlantic beaches, a canal, and a town that feels as close to Devon as it does to Penzance.

Gateway to the Lizard
A market town inland from the Lizard. Flora Day once a year, and the coast a few miles out in every direction that matters.
03 — Moving plan
Where you are leaving, the towns in play, the budget, the timing, and who is coming. You get a plan back. A partner only receives it if they are signed, and if you ticked the box that names them.

featured
A monthly fee, set when the first businesses sign. In return: a longer listing, a badge, priority in search, and a mention inside relevant town guides.
sponsor
One business per category per town, named on that town's guide and on its map card. Priced above featured, again from real agreements rather than a guess.
